1. About these terms
These terms cover the website only. Any work we do for you, such as Zoho implementation, CRM setup, software development or support, is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work or agreement signed with you. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
2. Prices, payment and project terms
These terms apply to every proposal and plan unless your signed agreement says otherwise:
- GST: all prices on this website and in our proposals exclude GST, which is charged at the applicable rate (currently 18%).
- Projects: a 50% advance is due before work starts.
- Monthly plans: have a minimum term of 3 months. Paying quarterly in advance gets 5% off, and paying annually gets 10% or more off.
- Licences and ad spend: software licences (for example Zoho or Salesforce) and advertising spend (for example Google or Meta) are billed to you directly by those companies and are not included in our fees.
- Scope changes: work outside the agreed scope is estimated and billed separately, and we start it only after you approve it.
- Introductory pricing: prices shown on this website are introductory and may change for new contracts. A price you have accepted in a signed proposal does not change during that contract.
3. Using the website
You agree not to:
- use the site in a way that breaks any law, or to send spam or misleading information through our forms;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
- introduce malware, or disrupt the site with automated requests, scraping or load attacks;
- impersonate another person or business when contacting us.
4. Information on the site
Content on this site, including service descriptions, articles and examples, is general information about what we do. It is not professional, legal, tax or financial advice for your specific situation. Any prices, timelines or outcomes on the site are indicative. A binding quote is only given in a written proposal.
We try to keep the site accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or always available.
5. Enquiries and communication
When you submit a form, book a consultation or message us, you confirm that the details you give are accurate and that you are allowed to share them. You agree that we may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your enquiry. How we handle that data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The site's text, design, graphics, logos and code belong to Codearbro or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, republish or sell site content without our written permission. Zoho, Salesforce, WhatsApp and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the services we provide.
7. Third-party links and tools
The site links to, and embeds, third-party services such as Zoho Bookings, Zoho SalesIQ and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Codearbro is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, that arises from your use of or inability to use the site or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for any claims, losses or costs that arise because you misused the site or broke these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
